Position Overview
This role serves as the sole HR representative, overseeing a full spectrum of human resources functions, including compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee training and development, and policy enforcement. The primary focus is to develop, implement, and uphold HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations and serve as the primary HR contact.
- Manage payroll processing for 140 employees on a biweekly basis, 401(k) administration, and audits.
- Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and career development.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure multi-state employment compliance.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, including benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with Paylocity preferred.
- HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Additional Details
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Travel Requirement: Around 10% travel time (MN, TN)
Schedule: Hybrid! - 3 days in office, 2 days a week remote
