About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our new showroom to success. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an exciting venture, developing and maintaining a space where creativity and customer experience come together. If you're a self-starter with a passion for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to inspire a team, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the design and build process.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and showcase our services.
  • Manage inventory, product displays, and showroom aesthetics to reflect our brand standards.
  • Train and mentor showroom staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
  • Assist with planning and hosting showroom events, including grand openings, workshops, and client consultations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to achieve sales and client satisfaction goals.


Qualifications

- Experience in showroom management, retail, design, or related fields.



- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.



- A background in design, construction, or home improvement is highly desirable.



- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.



- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with design software is a plus.



- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for customer service.
