Job Description

We have a client located in Manchester, NH in search of a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team! In this key role, you'll be the bridge between clients, insurance carriers, and the agency, ensuring top-tier service and coverage placement. Location: Manchester, NH

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 Days in office & 2 Days remote after training

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process renewals, including applications, proposals, and marketing submissions to carriers.
  • Review quotes, follow up with clients and underwriters, and bind policies with carriers.
  • Verify policy details, ensure premiums are accurate, and enter data into the client database.
  • Assist clients with changes, endorsements, audits, and certificate requests.
  • Manage workflow to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of transactions.
  • Monitor invoicing, statements, payments, and finance agreements.
  • Maintain monthly reports and ensure timely updates on suspense, unbilled premiums, and renewal retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, carrier products, and coverage options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coworkers, carriers, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • P&C License required or an interest in getting one
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of AMS 360 (Is a huge plus)
