A Day in the Life of a Patient Recruitment Sales Representative

As a Patient Recruitment Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in advancing clinical research by engaging with patients and connecting them to meaningful trials. You’ll utilize your communication skills to inform potential participants about studies, coordinate their involvement, and ensure compliance with all applicable protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging patients through outbound and inbound calls to recruit for clinical trials.
• Explaining trial protocols and collecting relevant patient information.
• Maintaining expertise in company programs and databases.
• Safeguarding patient privacy and adhering to ethical standards.
• Supporting the clinical research team through multitasking and adaptability in various responsibilities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Strong time management and clear communication skills
• Proven experience of hitting quota
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Experience working within a start up company and dealing with things pivoting quickly
• Excellent phone etiquette and persuasion abilities
