Job Description

Commerical Construction company lacated in Mid-Town Phoenix is seeking an organized construction project admin to support team with an active project.

This role is in office with hours of M-Thu 8AM to 5PM and Friday 8AM to 12PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer with tracking the project schedule and ensuring milestones are met
  • Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and project team
  • Provide administrative support to ensure project activities run smoothly

Document Management

  • Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress updates, and project correspondence

Task Monitoring

  • Track tasks assigned to team members and ensure follow up deliverables
  • Proactively address delays or issues by escalating them to the Project Manager

Communication

  • Serve as main point of contact for administrative queries related to the project.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication between all parties to avoid misunderstandings and delays.

Support and Coordination

  • Coordinate site visits, inspections, adn deliveries as needed.
