Regional Human Resources Manager – Drive Strategic Impact Across the Americas

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Human Resources Manager to join our Americas leadership team, shaping an exceptional employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives. This is a pivotal role, overseeing all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and retention to benefits management, compliance, and process optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner : Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Leadership Excellence : Build a trusted, transparent HR function that fosters employee engagement and supports leaders.
  • Talent Champion : Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development programs to attract and retain top talent while supporting career growth.
  • Benefits Guru : Lead benefits administration for North America, including annual enrollments and continuous improvement in offerings.
  • Process Innovator : Streamline HR processes, enhance governance, and support global HR initiatives like performance assessments and high-potential development programs.

What You’ll Lead:

  • A team of HR Generalists and Payroll professionals, guiding daily operations, performance evaluations, and talent development.
  • Cross-functional initiatives with global HR centers of excellence to drive impactful results.

What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to transform HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
  • A strong background in leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and trends.
  • 10+ years of HR management experience; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Expertise in payroll operations, EEO-1 reporting, and HRIS systems.
