*Position: Weekend Home Health Nurse*

*Location:* Mid-Coast Region of Maine

*Hours:* Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday
*Salary:* Competitive, with weekend shift incentives

*What You'll Do:*

As a Weekend Home Health Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to care for patients in their own homes, offering the personalized care and attention they deserve. Your role will include:
* *Assessing patients’ health:* Conduct physical assessments and help monitor chronic conditions, post-operative recovery, or rehabilitative care.
* *Administering treatments:* Provide wound care, administer medications, and manage IV therapies as needed.
* *Educating and supporting:* Teach patients and families about managing health conditions and developing care plans.
* *Collaborating:* Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care.
* *Documenting:* Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* *Registered Nurse (RN) License:* Active, unrestricted license in Maine.
* *Experience:* One year of experience required.
* *Skills:* Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help people live their healthiest lives.
* *Reliability:* Availability for weekend shifts, and the ability to work independently.
