*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques and demonstrate a commitment to improving patient outcomes. This role involves working with pediatrics, and patients in acute care settings. The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized care plans to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
* Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to facilitate recovery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure cohesive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

*Experience*
* Proven experience in physical therapy practice, particularly in inpatient and acute care environments.
* Familiarity with geriatrics, pediatrics, and home community care is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of physiology and the ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Experience working within hospital systems or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
