*Title:* Hospice RN Weekend Baylor, Farmington, ME

*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.
* Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.
* Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.
* Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
* Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
* Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
* *Work 30 hours per week and get paid for 36 hours per week!*

*What You’ll Bring:*
* Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
* ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
* Current CPR card required.
* One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
* A reliable car with insurance.
