What will I be doing? As an In-House Sales Specialist you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our record-breaking resorts.
- Communicate the benefits of traveling through Bluegreen Vacations and Hilton Grand Vacations.
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Present and deliver sales presentation to current owners in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.

- Previous timeshare experience
- Previous experience in a processed sales environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
