About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role is an empathetic leader, strategic thinker, results-driven, and a collaborative innovator. As the COO / Integrator, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, driving revenue and profitability, and overseeing the financial performance of the organization. This includes developing and implementing long-term strategies, managing the acquisition of new practices, and ensuring their seamless integration. Operational management is a key aspect of the role, involving the streamlining of departmental support, P&L management, and the optimization of revenue cycle processes. Additionally, the COO / Integrator will be tasked with team development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Applicants for the COO / Integrator position at the company should have a proven track record in a leadership role with multiple direct reports, particularly in a multi-location setting. A strong background in business operations, strategic leadership, and experience in guiding companies through rapid growth phases is essential. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution, as well as experience in managing revenue growth targets. While not mandatory, a background in retail healthcare and experience in private equity environments are preferred. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and previous experience in the dental field are also desirable.
