About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team. The COO will be responsible for the operational leadership of multiple residential facilities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the highest standards of patient care. This role involves developing and implementing operational policies, monitoring key performance indicators, and managing key contributors. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in strategic planning and growth, collaborating with the CEO and leadership team to execute the company's strategic plan, and identifying and evaluating growth opportunities. Team development, financial and resource management, and a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance are also key aspects of the position. Candidates for the COO position at the company must have a proven track record in a similar executive role within a healthcare-related organization, with a minimum of 10 years of management experience, including at least 5 years' overseeing multi-site operations. A strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the substance use disorder sector, is preferred. The role requires exceptional strategic planning, decision-making, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to lead organizational growth and drive operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with a master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, be proficient in data analytics, and have a solid grasp of performance metrics.
