About the Role

The Company is in search of an Architectural Designer to take on a dual role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client interactions, managing project action plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs in collaboration with the drafting team. This role involves a diverse range of projects, including commercial, industrial, and residential structures, with a specific focus on wood structures. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, leading the operations team, overseeing project progress and quality, and handling various administrative tasks such as zoning and code reviews. Applicants must have 5-10 years' of experience in architectural design and team leadership, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture. The role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to manage small teams, and a strong attention to detail with a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be ready to step into a leadership position within a well-established company and will have the opportunity to shape the future of operations and design. The company is also looking for someone who can work closely with the owner to support the implementation of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) strategies.
