The successful candidate will also be tasked with financial, risk, and compliance management, including budget development, KPI reporting, and the implementation of strategies to mitigate potential risks. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The COO should have a background in a similar leadership role, with experience in share gain strategy, process optimization, and change management, and must possess strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
