Pay Range: $67.54hr - $71.54hr
Responsibilities:
  • Global remit.
  • Implement change management and communication activities that highlight our workplace experience achievements and resonate with diverse audiences, focusing on creating a scalable and consistent employee experience globally.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, presentations) that showcases our workplace strategy and successes.
  • Oversee the content and promotion of our digital platforms (e.g., intranet, SharePoint).
  • Contribute to crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate our workplace culture, values (such as bringing candidates best self to work), and successes.
  • Curate user-generated content and employee stories to foster a sense of community and engagement.
  • Contribute annually to the ongoing innovation and improvement of the Employee Experience Brand Strategy.
  • Support the broader Workplace Experience Team on specific initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Be a people-oriented, passionate, independent, and creative thinker, capable of working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop impactful workplace experience brand initiatives.
  • Take a hands-on approach, acting as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Leverage data and research to shape compelling narratives.
  • Possess strong copywriting skills.
  • Have the ability to design visual identities in alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Be bold in creating and embracing change, innovating beyond current practices, and using curiosity to find new solutions.
  • Stay attuned to global trends and best practices from other industries.
