About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to join their dynamic, mission-driven organization. The CDO will be a key leader in the company, responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of all fundraising and development activities. The role requires a strategic leader with a relational approach to fundraising, adept at communicating the philanthropic value proposition and inspiring others to support the mission. The CDO will be expected to have a flexible and adaptable style, with a high energy and passion for the company's work. Experience in impact investing and earned revenue models is a plus, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and inclusive leader, known for their honesty, transparency, and ability to manage through change with poise.
