About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company's finances. This includes tasks such as financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, audits, and financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also oversee the finance and accounting teams, ensuring compliance and effective treasury management. The CFO is expected to be a proactive and engaged member of the leadership team, with a strong commitment to the mission of the organization.The ideal CFO for the company will have a background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record as a strategic partner. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the CFO being willing to get involved in the day-to-day operations when necessary. While the position is preferably based in the San Francisco Bay Area, fully remote candidates from anywhere in the United States will be considered, provided they can accommodate regular travel and work under Pacific Standard Time schedules.
