About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth plans. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial leadership, partnering with the CEO, executive team, and private equity stakeholders to develop and execute long-term strategic plans. This includes acting as a strategic advisor on financial matters, providing insights to optimize profitability, and ensuring sound financial governance. The role also involves overseeing all financial management and reporting processes, leading financial audits, and maintaining a forward-looking cash flow model. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in finance leadership, particularly within private equity environments, and experience in scaling businesses through various initiatives.Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include supporting the private equity firm in financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-acquisition integration for M&A activities. The CFO will also be tasked with managing the company's capital structure, optimizing working capital, and ensuring the availability of funding for strategic initiatives. Team leadership and development are crucial, as the CFO will lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, an MBA and/or CPA designation, and at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in M&A and financial systems implementation. The CFO should possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proven track record of leading finance organizations in growth-oriented environments.
