About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Finance Operations to lead the financial management of client accounts with a focus on driving real, tangible business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, serving as a financial advisor to senior leadership, and guiding the negotiation of client contracts to ensure alignment with agency objectives. This role requires a strategic business partner who can manage critical projects, maintain financial transparency, and optimize resource allocation. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing all financial aspects of the client portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis, and must have a strong background in media processes.Applicants for the VP, Finance Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership position within a media agency or related industry. The role demands extensive experience in managing large client accounts and complex financial portfolios, as well as a proven track record of leading and developing teams. In-depth knowledge of media buying, planning, and related financial processes is essential, as is the ability to present financial information effectively to senior executives.
