About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Operations to spearhead the scalability and excellence of its product and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in both patient and provider experiences, with a strong focus on driving business results, including growth and margin expansion. This role demands a leader who is adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, particularly in the context of technology-enabled healthcare. The VP of Operations will be a key member of the Executive Team, with a primary goal of delivering a premium end-to-end care experience that is efficient and supportive. Key performance indicators for this role include member retention, engagement, and LTV, margin, NPS, word-of-mouth growth, patient health outcomes, and the quality and consistency of service delivery.Applicants for the VP, Operations role at the company should have at least 15 years of work experience, with a mix of multi-site healthcare, clinical and business operations, and strategic roles, and a minimum of 8 years in a clinical operations capacity. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of driving change and clinical outcomes through influential leadership and data-driven insights. Strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a bias for action are essential. The role also requires a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations, and a comfort with setting and meeting ambitious goals.
