About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Finance to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and operational success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accounting operations. This role involves developing financial models to guide the company's strategy, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and managing cash flow to support growth initiatives. The VP, Finance will also be a key partner to the executive team in supporting business decisions, particularly in the areas of contract negotiations and strategic initiatives.Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a CPA, with an MBA being a plus, and at least 7 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. The role requires a proven ability to lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes, as well as experience in building financial infrastructure and a strong knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have exposure to capital markets and fundraising activities, and be a hands-on leader with experience in building and scaling finance teams. Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions. The VP, Finance will also be involved in treasury and banking management, and lead ERP implementation to ensure alignment with the company's business model and goals.
