About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and strategic development. The Vice President of Finance will also be a key member of the Executive team, contributing to financial strategy and leadership, and must be committed to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.Key qualifications for the role include 8-10 years of financial leadership experience in a national, complex, nonprofit organization, with a preference for those who have served as a Vice President of Finance or Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reengineering financial processes, leading multi-year finance migrations, and a strong background in financial technology. They should be adept at team management, possess strong analytical skills, and be capable of providing strategic financial direction. The role requires a high level of change leadership, a collaborative approach, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Board members. The Vice President of Finance will be instrumental in ensuring the organization's financial health and must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
