About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary President & CEO to lead and drive innovation in the rapidly evolving payments industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with expertise in modern payment systems and technical proficiency in areas such as treasury management services, digital banking, or fintech and compliance. The President & CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, defining and implementing policies that benefit members, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Essential duties include overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, representing the company at industry events, and advocating for the organization's interests. The role also involves contributing to member and organizational success by maintaining strong relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.Candidates for the President & CEO position should have a background in a senior or executive leadership role, preferably within a professional association or the payments/financial services industries. A strong understanding of U.S. payment systems and the banking industry is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and financial management, with the ability to inspire a diverse team and lead the organization toward growth and success. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically are also required.
