Job Details

Responsible for the reconciliation of the trial balance, financial statement & budget preparation, andaccounting system management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Reconcile or oversee the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.Accrue and reconcile assets & liabilities.Calculation of commissions.Prepare month and year-end financial statements.Prepare annual budgets and reporting monthly.Prepare and disperse other month-end reports.Oversee the calculation and remittance of sales & use tax.Oversee and work with our 3rd party annual auditors.Develop and train accounting team members.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:BA or Accounting degree required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.Construction & Vista ERP system experience preferred.
