Litigation Firm Seeks Experienced Case Manager.
A growing litigation firm is looking for a new legal assistant and case manager to handle various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling depositions and medical appointments, including evaluations by AME and PQME experts.
- Preparing outgoing correspondence and schedules of records.
- Managing and organizing case files within our software system, ensuring accuracy and updating information as needed.
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and facilitating heavy client communication, serving as the primary point of contact.
Requirements:
- Prior law office experience or relevant education/training in workers' compensation.
- Excellent telephone manners and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
