to join our clientu2019s dynamic law firm team in downtown Pittsburgh.

NO ANNUAL BILLABLE REQUIREMENTS!

Location : Onsite Downtown Pittsburgh, 15222Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 DOESchedule : Standard 8-5 with occasional overtime when necessary

General Responsibilities:Manage corporate organizational documents and filings.

Assist with public company matters, including SEC filings.

Assist with corporate finance, treasury, capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and other related transactional and litigation matters.

Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of recent experience supporting Corporate Attorneys in a busy US law firm is required, in-house experience will be considered.

2+ years of demonstrated experience with US corporate governance, M&A transactions, and commercial law.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technologically proficient with the highest attention to detail.
