Key Responsibilities:Prepare for and attend trials and arbitration hearings.

Draft and respond to pleadings.

Propound and respond to written discovery.

Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

Experience in trial preparation and state and federal court filing.

Familiarity with Clio and Lumix is preferred.

BA and Paralegal Certificate required.

Role Details:Full-time position with a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
