LHH is recruiting a Paralegal for the Cleveland office a regional law firm.

The paralegal will assist the firm's long-term health care group with real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and loan closings.

Opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate

5-7 year paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department

Real estate transactional experience, including loan closings

M&A experience
