LHH is recruiting a legal assistant for a Chicago law firm.

The legal assistant will assist 4 attorneys with commercial litigation matters.

Hybrid schedule:

3 days a week in office.

Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Scheduling the calendar of activities of attorney, including making commitments for conferences, court dates, meetings and other appointments

Composing and editing of correspondence, legal briefs and other related documents

Responsible for e-filing documents with state and federal courts and in accordance with applicable rules.

Responsible for coordinating transcription of audio recordings.

Responsible for coordinating the printing and assembling of documents

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant

Possesses extensive knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures.

Demonstrates proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook and Adobe.
