RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the role of Automobile/Premises Liability (Defense) Attorney (Hybrid). Hybrid position in New York, NY. N o Visa Sponsorships supported, no agencies.

What you will be doing:
  • Engage in civil litigation defense, specifically in areas of automobile and premises liability
  • Work as part of the New York City office's legal team
Experience you will need:
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Experience: 2 years (minimum) to 8 years (maximum) of previous civil litigation experience in NY State courts - required.
  • Required: Candidate must have both Automobile and Premises Liability experience. Defense experience preferred/Plaintiff-side experience will be considered.
  • Self-starter with a good academic record
  • Solid legal research and writing skills
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2 Days Work from Home / 3 Days on Site.
  • Billable Hour Requirement: 2100
