RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Associate Attorney (2) . On-Site position in Long Beach, CA. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please. What you will be doing: - Conduct legal research/analysis to develop successful case strategies in civil litigation matters.
- Handle a wide range of transactional matters such as business formations, general counseling, and trademark applications.
- Draft and review legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Represent clients in all court proceedings from case inception to appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and fellow members of the firm.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends presenting opportunities and challenges to our clients.
Experience you will need: - Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Focus on law enforcement defense is a plus.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000/year
