We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at our exciting Asian Fusion Restaurant. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled culinary professional who has a passion for creating innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. As Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our menu, kitchen management, and overall restaurant success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee kitchen operations, including preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in an Asian fusion style. Develop, plan, and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Handle food ordering and inventory management to ensure efficient stock control. Ensure portion control and the consistency of dishes across all services. Monitor kitchen costs and create profit & loss reports to drive profitability. Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations. Train, mentor, and lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to optimize customer satisfaction and overall operations.

Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in an Asian fusion or similar cuisine. Expertise in menu creation, food ordering, portion control, and financial reports (profit & loss). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage kitchen staff effectively. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  A genuine passion for Asian fusion cuisine and an understanding of its diverse flavors and techniques.
