We believe that we have the BEST members in the industry and that means we need the BEST employees.PositionWe’re looking for a Fitness Director with some management experience, a Nationally Accredited Personal Training certificate and a willingness to achieve specialty certifications, CPR and any other certifications that may be required.The Fitness Director will be responsible for the development and performance of all personal training activities including promoting and selling personal training programs, hiring and training staff, resolving member concerns, demonstrating the proper use of equipment, and processing all sales and transactions using applications and technology.
