Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments.Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies.Oversee the full AP cycle, including managing corporate T&E credit cards and employee expense reports.Review and approve T&E submissions for accuracy and compliance.Review, analyze, file, and properly account for all indirect taxes.Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations as part of the closing process.Lead the global process on the annual calculation of deferred taxes.Provide guidance to AR and billing teams on sales tax invoicing issues.Negotiate with tax authorities and manage tax-related submissions globally.Participate in balance sheet reviews and ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in AP, T&E, and tax functions.Senior Accounting Specialist Job Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience required.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting processes.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
