Rotating shifts, 2 weeks of day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and 2 weeks of night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)Pay Rate:

Job Description:

Maintain, repair, and adjust electrical equipment including circuitry, manual & electronic controls, motors, interlocking systems, heating controls, sensing devices, and AC & DC drivesInstall electrical components for all new equipmentTroubleshoot and calibrate equipment, including PLC's, and make necessary program changesDocument electrical modifications to equipment in schematic drawingsProficient with machine drives such as Digital, Servos, Analog, and VFD'sMaintain and input information into maintenance management systems and keep all records completeUnderstand and follow all safety and environmental requirementsWork in a clean room environment and a manufacturing facility with a focus on plastic productsMaintenance Control Technician

Job Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience as an Electronic Technician or equivalent electrical experience in a manufacturing settingProficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and adjusting electrical systems, including PLC's (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred)Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitudePhysical ability to bend, climb, stoop, and handle equipment/components up to 50 lbsMust be able to work safely and in compliance with all safety protocolsStrong initiative and mechanical aptitude requiredMaintenance Control Technician
