We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use support to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and addiction-related challenges. This role involves assessing, counseling, and connecting clients with essential resources to promote stability and long-term recovery.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience working with individuals affected by mental health disorders, substance abuse, or co-occurring conditions. This position requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, harm reduction strategies, and evidence-based interventions to empower clients on their path to recovery.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide individual and group counseling focused on mental health and substance use recovery.
* Facilitate crisis intervention and develop risk management plans for at-risk individuals.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and community resources to ensure coordinated care.
* Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Harm Reduction approaches.
* Support clients in navigating housing, employment, financial assistance, and healthcare services.
* Provide psychoeducation and relapse prevention strategies to individuals and families.
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.
* Advocate for client needs within healthcare systems, legal settings, and social service agencies.

*Requirements:*
* LCSW or LMSW in the state of NY
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented approaches.
* Experience in crisis intervention, case management, and care coordination.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
* Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) preferred, but not required.
