We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to join our client’s team and contribute to their mission of fostering positive change. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical social worker with a strong commitment to social justice and community development.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients to address their unique circumstances.
* Provide counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups to enhance their well-being and coping skills.
* Advocate for clients and collaborate with other service providers to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
* Facilitate support groups and workshops on relevant topics to address the needs of the community.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Participate in case conferences and team meetings to coordinate services and share insights for improved client outcomes.
* Stay informed about community resources, social services, and policy changes to better assist clients.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives aimed at addressing broader social issues.

*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* State licensure as an LCSW.
* Demonstrated experience in providing direct social work services.
* Article 28 experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of community resources and social services.
* Commitment to social justice and advocating for marginalized populations.
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
