Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

As a Senior Release Manager, you will play a critical role to deliver world-class products and experiences. You will oversee release processes, collaborate with global teams, and ensure operational readiness for releases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a global release framework and governance model.
• Oversee change activities from planning to deployment, including risk management and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, cadence, and delivery requirements.
• Lead go/no-go meetings, retrospectives, and release command centers.
• Drive continuous improvement in release processes and metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management or Change Management.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; certifications in AWS, Cloud, or ITIL are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery, SAFe, and ITIL.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
