Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

We are seeking a Software/DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation, cloud security, and governance . The ideal candidate will have strong coding and scripting skills, experience with policy-as-code implementation , and the ability to develop integrated solutions across a multi-cloud environment .

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in coding and scripting with Python, Golang, or Java
• Experience with serverless architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and RESTful API development
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub, Bitbucket) and build automation tools (Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Understanding of cloud security best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience )
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Golang (preferred) or other automation/scripting languages
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
• Understanding of cloud governance, risk, and compliance principles
• Ability to automate and optimize workflows to improve cloud governance efficiency
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Innovative problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Cloud Custodian and Open Policy Agent (OPA) Rego
• Some experience with front-end development
• Basic understanding of cloud security and cybersecurity practices.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and big room planning processes
• AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer)
