We are seeking for an Lab Support to manage setup, testing, and maintenance of AI-focused hardware projects in our Puget Sound Area labs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized lab environment
• Perform CPU and GPU performance benchmarking
• Provide on-premises support for technical operations
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network switches, and peripherals
• Build liquid cooling systems and handle hydraulic connections
• Execute test plans and analyze collected data
• Manage telemetry, sensors, and data acquisition systems
• Read and interpret single-line diagrams and flow diagrams
• Assist in project setup, maintenance, and teardown
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support network configurations and system updates

Qualification:

• 5-7 years in the field
• Hands-on experience with data center hardware, system performance benchmarking, and liquid cooling systems.

Must Have Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms, CPU/GPU performance benchmarking (5-7 years)
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Experience with servers, network switches, and peripheral devices (5-7 years)
• Liquid Cooling Systems: Knowledge of hydraulic connections, rack setup, and plumbing (5-7 years)
