Base pay range

$57.00/hr - $61.00/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to lead the development of technical solutions that align with business needs and architectural standards. In this role, you will manage small- to moderate-sized projects or play a key role in larger initiatives, working within two to three sprint cycles. You will provide guidance to team members and vendors while collaborating with product owners to identify and resolve technology-related business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze well-defined problems and develop scalable, effective technical solutions.
• Manage small- to medium-sized projects or contribute as a key team member on larger initiatives.
• Ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
• Provide technical direction to team members and external vendors.
• Advise product owners on technology-driven business challenges and help assess possible solutions.
• Work with AWS services, particularly networking, infrastructure management via CloudFormation , and CI/CD deployment strategies.
• Operate and maintain live systems with zero downtime, following industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Equivalent alternatives accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Strong AWS knowledge, particularly networking and infrastructure automation via CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Experience with REST APIs .
