LHH is currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for a temporary job opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This position will support multiple attorneys within our clients litigation department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manage and organize a large volume of documents
- Ensure all tasks are completed with high attention to detail, professionalism, and accuracy
- Proofread and type documents efficiently
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with other assistants, providing overflow support, backup assistance during vacations, and reception support when needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in litigation support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2010, including Advanced Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with PDF software, Document Management Systems (DM), Workshare, and Juris Suite (preferred)
