Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview: Our client, a boutique personal injury firm and a go-to for class action cases, is seeking a dedicated and experienced paralegal with at least 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury or class action experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for pursuing justice on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee case management from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently.
• Manage discovery processes and conduct comprehensive legal document reviews.
• Coordinate with other attorneys regarding case management issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely e-filing of legal documents.
• Support attorneys in day-to-day case-related tasks, and provide proactive solutions to any challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or class action work.
• Prior experience with e-filing.
• Willing to work 4 days in the office
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a self-starter with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ideal candidate will be committed to a long-term career as a paralegal.
