Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead with extensive experience in IBM BigFix administration and management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role and hold an IBM Certified Deployment Professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and configure BigFix environments.
• Develop and implement BigFix automation scripts and policies.
• Ensure seamless integration of BigFix with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor and maintain BigFix infrastructure.
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to BigFix servers and endpoints.
• Application packaging and deployment through BigFix.
• Manage BigFix consoles, relays, and client configurations.
• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies using BigFix.
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks.
• Respond to security incidents and provide remediation using BigFix.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BigFix deployments and operations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BigFix processes and configurations.
• Generate reports on BigFix activities, compliance status, and security incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest BigFix features, updates, and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance.
• Proficiency in relevance language.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Bash.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with BigFix deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments and large-scale endpoint management.
