Vaco is working with a stable and growing company, who is looking to add a payroll specialist to their fun and loose environment in Marana, AZ. This position requires the preparation, processing, and maintenance of basic payroll responsibilities. This person must have experience processing payroll for 1000+ employees and have multi state processing experience. This position is perfect for someone looking to plant their roots and grow with a stable company.
This role is full time (40hrs/week) located in Marana, AZ paying up to $70,000 per year!
Duties and Responsibility:

• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of full cycle biweekly payroll functions
• Help with payroll functions including data entry, timesheet review, reconciliation and payroll related record keeping
• Verify all pay statements during preview for accuracy and process adjustments if necessary
• Participate in month-end related tasks
• Timely and accurate reporting of manual checks
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• General accounting background
