Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor sales employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Travel to clients as needed
- Oversee Sales performance and assure goals are being met; perform quarterly/annual reviews
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience leadership experience
- 5+ years' experience in business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
