Responsibilities: Support the design and development of business processes and technical solutions within the global SAP environment, collaborating with IT and business users.
Provide initial consulting services, resolve issues for security stewards and end-users, and address business and technical issues that impact global and local processes.
Build and maintain relationships with business partners and end-users to enhance business process knowledge and identify innovation opportunities that improve productivity and controls.
Coordinate and provide Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) support to assigned clients, and keep customers informed about the status of ongoing issues.
Skills/Must have: In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Familiarity with integration points and cross-functional processes within SAP.
Agile and must be able to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP EWM-based solutions.
Main SAP tools/environments (not all mandatory): SAP decentralized EWM, S/4 HANA, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management (QM) integration with EWM & Configuration, Change Management.
