An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Corporate M&A and Private Equity Attorney to join their Los Angeles office. In this role, you will advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments.

This role offers significant client interaction and empowers entrepreneurial associates with the opportunity to build strong client relationships, manage matters with a high degree of independence, and have a direct and meaningful impact on client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Experience
• Significant experience handling M&A transactions and drafting transaction documents
• A deep understanding of corporate law and market terms
• JD from an Accredited University
• Active membership in the California State Bar
