We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute Business Unit (BU)-specific marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in defining, developing, and driving the BU’s Marketing Outreach Strategy as outlined in the Annual Marketing Plan. The Brand Manager will own the execution of external campaigns, content creation, research and growth strategies, and marketing analytics. By collaborating closely with BU-specific sales teams, the Brand Manager will spearhead field marketing initiatives and oversee day-to-day marketing projects to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute BU-specific external marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Annual Marketing Plan.
- Drive lead generation through national and regional campaigns, community initiatives, conferences, email outreach, and webinars.
- Own the end-to-end execution and performance reporting of marketing campaigns using Activity, Productivity, and Impact (API) metrics.
- Content Creation and Research:
- Create engaging and impactful content to support BU marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Partner with BU-specific sales teams to design and implement field marketing initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate day-to-day marketing projects.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and support organizational Strategic Focus Areas (SFAs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
- Leadership and Communication:
- Ensure marketing campaigns are well-planned, executed, and communicated both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign marketing (required).
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Background in graphic design or visual storytelling.
- Experience integrating design into marketing campaigns for cohesive branding.
