National Account Executive

The Out-of-Home (OOH) industry is growing at an accelerated rate and we are a premium media owner leading the way. To support the growth, we are expanding our dynamic National Sales Team.

This is a confidential search seeking a National Account Executive (NAE), based in either New York, Chicago or Los Angeles, who is an experienced media professional with 8+ years of OOH holding company agency sales. We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate strong sales acumen and is skilled at building relationships at both the agency and with brands direct. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker and a track record of creating new revenue opportunities.

The NAE will bring to the company established agency and brand relationships as well as a detailed understanding of the advertising industry and media landscape including programmatic. The candidate will be laser focused on growth strategies, generating demand and skilled at working cross functionally with teams who support day-to-day agency management efforts. The candidate will also be fluent in the use of audience data and measurement solutions.

The NAE will work as part of a team responsible for driving revenue for OOH across top DMAs in the US and the main goals will be focused around developing new revenue channels, shifting share to OOH from competing media, managing senior-level relationships, and increasing client spend.
Within your first month:
  • You will gain an understanding of your clients' needs based on historical campaigns and media preferences
  • You will focus on strengthening your relationships through regular in person meetings
  • You will partner cross-functionally to learn about our internal teams, systems, media offerings and competitive landscape in each market
  • You will develop and implement effective marketing strategies that maximize sales opportunities
Within your first year:
  • You will generate revenue from the holding company agencies consistently achieving quarterly and annual targets
  • You will retain and grow client base managing a $10mm+ in sales while driving organic business from new channels
  • You will educate prospects and clients on all of our media assets, tailor custom programs to meet marketing objectives and create a winning experience for clients that leads to future business
  • You will build and maintain relationships to ensure our portfolio is well represented across all key agencies and accounts
  • You will use research, analysis, and media landscape knowledge to create rationale and recommendations for proposed solutions
  • You will communicate with Management opportunities, challenges and manage pipeline forecasts by utilizing Salesforce
You're great for this role because:
  • You have strong OOH/DOOH/pDOOH advertising experience
  • You have proven success meeting and exceeding national advertising sales targets
  • You have strong agency and direct brand relationships and have proven track record developing new business
